Our Service Commitment

We ship all in-stock orders within 24-48 hrs. (excluding weekends and holidays). If an item is out of stock or there is any other reason for a delay you will be contacted.

Urgent Orders

If you need expedited service please call us immediately to verify that we can make your delivery requirements. We cannot ship urgent orders after 2:00p.m CST until the next business day, even if you’ve selected next day air. Our UPS pick-up deadline is 3:00 CST

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays excluding holidays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 2:00 PM (CST). Orders you place with Witsend late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Charges may be added to orders with Priority, Overnight and International shipping if we try unsuccessfully to deliver your order more than once.

Delivery addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam may incur additional charges for standard Shipping & Delivery.

Methods of Shopping include Priority Mail, UPS Ground, Next Day Air and 2nd day Air. Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail.  This means you could have your order in 1 - 3 days.  UPS Ground orders can take longer depending on your location. (see transit time maps below).  UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box.  If your delivery address is listed as a PO Box we will automatically switch your shipping method to the US Postal Service.
