Returns

We want you to be a happy customer! You may unconditionally return any item purchased if you are not satisfied. We will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) if the item is returned within 30 days. All returns after 30 days will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned in resalable condition.

Please contact us by email to notify us of your return. In your return package, include a copy of your invoice and the reason for the return. Once we receive and verify your return, we will promptly credit your account via the same method you originally used for payment. If this is not possible for any reason, we will contact you to arrange an alternate refund method. 

This policy does not apply to orders over $2,000.00 or custom orders. These will be refunded on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before returning the material.

Sample boards, books, opened tools, and special orders are non-returnable. 

All Clearance and discontinued item sales are FINAL and not eligible for return or refund unless defective.

To avoid returns, feel free to request a free sample by sending an email. Please specify the color number you would like the sample of, and include your complete mailing address. We reserve the right to limit the number of samples. Aureo and Gold Smalti are not included.

Yes, sometimes we make mistakes! And when we do, we WILL fix it. Please report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receipt of the order, and a replacement will be sent immediately. A digital photo of the damage to the product and packaging is appreciated but not necessary.
